Who has experience with E85?

Hey, does anyone have experience with E85? I'm considering using it in a Ram Air III type 400ci with Thermoquad and manual trans. Yes, this is a Pontiac, but I thought some of you guys would be real familiar with the Thermoquad. What do I need to know?
