Alarm turn on by itself

I have a 1995.5 honda passport. Ever since my dad drained my battery, the alarm will turn on by itself after 1 min of disarming it. It wont arm itself if the engine is on. The setting must have changed after the battery was drained. I had drained my battery several times before too but this never happened before. Im not sure if its a factory alarm or not but is there any general way to set those alarm? thank you
