Hello,
that car is not a Jalpa, it's actually an Urraco, and an early pre-production unit in fact, you can recognize this by the fact that the pop-up headlights are too far towards the windshield, on the production Urraco's these were moved further forward. Later on the Urraco was modified into the Silhouette that eventually led to the Jalpa, so there is some family resemblance ... The Name Bob came from the guy who actually created this one of a kind car, Bob Wallace, chief test driver for Lamborghini during that period.
