Looks eerily like a Fiat X1/9 (?). Wasn't the X 1/9 designed by Bertone?

The rare Silhouette
The Air scoop on the first picture was actually only a decorative separation on the engine cover, not an intake of any kind.
Note that the Silhouette was built only 52 times, and only 31 still remain, 12 of those with RHD. The first photo is in fact the early prototype of the Urraco based 'targa' model, the second photo is the real production model. It was the first official 'open top' Lamborghini built by the factory, problem was it never got officially authorized to be sold in the US during the production, after several years, the Jalpa took over, a rather tame looking derivative of the awesome Silhouette. regards
