1989 Cutlass Ciera runs Sluggish / righ/ hesitant

OK i have a 1989 cutlass ciera sedan , has 65000 miles on it (orignal)
2.8 L. V6

It drove great with no problems to what im fixing to explain , i did a oil change / filter , changed spark plugs and changed the pcv valve

after i did those 3 changes it runs ok in park, but when i drive it shakes, runs sluggish and is hesitant to give me the power to go,

Im guessing i moved something around and the car did not like.

I put all the orignal spark plugs and pcv valve back on in case that would fix it which did not, I checked all the orders of the spark plugs wires they are correct,

I went replaced the spark plug wires and still does not fix the problem..

Im guesing it could be a mass air flow sensor ? but again I did not touch jack except what is near the pcv valve which was located in back of the engine on the manifold ( was not a good place to put it)

ideas please

Thanks
