Just being bought, you know nothing about it? you could have alot of problems. My car does the same thing, I think you might wanna get ur cadylatic converter checked out, does it idle ok in neutral? you could also look at ur 02 sensors, just being bought, you should also do a tune up. when u put the gas treatment in, was the tank full?

Another Simple Thing You Could Do Urself During A Tune Up Is The Pcv Valve. That Gave Me A Couple Extra Horses. I Dont Have The Luxery Of Taking Mine To The Shop, Gotta Do It Myself. Ur Correct About The Emt In My Name, Although I Am Not An Emt Just Yet, I Took My Nrt A Couple Weeks Ago And Got A 69, Needed Two More Questions, So I Will Get It In About Two Weeks. I Have Come Across Two Incidents In Since The End Of The Class Where I Was Allowed To Help. An Auto Accident Where A Baby Died(got To Strap Two Patients To A Longboard Whoopie), And A Rollover In The Middle Of Nowhere Where The Girl Had To Be Extricated And Air Vacd. Don't Know If She Made It Though. She Had A Major Deformity To Her Cervical Area.

Could be plugs/plug wires/coil packs. I've had coil packs go out and the first indication that they were going out was weak acceleration. At first it was not an everyday problem, but eventually got worse and would vibrate under load.

u need a certain freon huh, are they talking about R12, the stopped using it i think in 93, then they moved to R134, you could either do it yourself or have them convert the from r12 to r134, you can but a conversion kit at auto zone or any auto store, it costs about 40 dollars. I did it, my ac works great.
