Relays behind right headlight. 91 Lumina APV
What are these relays for?

Baught van off of previous owner and they did some rewiring of stuff and don't know what the relays are for.

If the set-up is factory? #3 is fuel pump relay. #8 is radiator fan relay. #9 maybe the ac compressor relay.
