1995 mustang gt idle i think please help

car starts fine and idles where its supposed to but while idleing the whole car vibrates put it in drive and its not as bad till you get to 30 mph then it really vibrates but after thirty goes away alittle. also when stoped and trying to accelerate at first it almost dies then takes off un less its cold then it only hesitates alittle, ive replaced fuel pump, filter, mass airflow censor, idle control censor, fuel pressure regulator, 3 vacume hoses under the plentum, pcv valve, spark plugs, the whole distibutor into the motor, im lost help

Did you do a compression check? If the compressions vary greatly than you will have a rough running engine, among other problems.

Are the fuel injectors flowing properly? If one is clogged the cylinder may be running dangerously lean or not fire at all.

Have you changed your fuel filter? I don't like that Seafoam. I think it causes more problems than it solves. I use Lucas Injector cleaner if I think I have a fuel problem. But my guess is if you put seafoam in your gas tank it broke loose some stuff that is starting to plug your filter.
Stay away from stuff that is a hard cleaner most of the time it causes more trouble than it cures.

Do a compression test. And there's nothing wrong with Seafoam. I and many many others run it without problems. Just run it through the induction and fuel systems. Using it in your engine oil is the one part I and many others avoid doing because it thins the oil so much.

Oh since you changed your distributor, are you sure you have proper timing? I'm not sure on the 5.0s if they use EDIS or what, but I'd be looking into a possible ignition timing issue. I've also seen your symptoms when an engine's cam or crank sensors aren't reading correctly, if the 5.0s have those.
