Regular heater controls or auto?
That is. Usually a vacuum supply problem. But a lot of newer vent doors are controled by electrical actuator motors. Do you have good full engine vacuum to heater controls? If no vacumn lines from AC/heater controls to AC/heater box it is actuator controled. Any havc or body computer codes?
