00 ls v6 factory amp and 6x9s

i replaced the factory head unit and put a after market cd player.. It all works great but the back 6x9s they wont work for anything..

The speakers in the back deck are subwoofers with a factory amp. You need a mono subwoofer line level output and you need to connect to the amp turn-on wire. (You should use a series 1K resistor to make this connection to avoid thumping on turn on.) The connections for the sub are on the eight pin connector that was connected to the factory radio.

im not sure what you mean.. This is what i know about it i bought a wireing harness the correct one for the car because it had the rca's and i have out puts on the back of my after market cd player.. were the rca's are it has two blue and white wires that say amp turn on witch i hooked them up to the power att wire. also has two black and white wires so i hooked them up to the ground and they both say ground... im not sure if this helps at all but there are two speakers below the shifter i unhook one blue wire they stop working hook it back up and it works... i checked the fuses in the back by the batt for the amp and its not blowin. is it a sub in the back or just two 6x9s bc i looked and it just looks like two 6x9s

so i did some reading on what you had said if what you are talkin about with the mono subwoofer line level output its the connector that had three female rca's two input and one output.. i have the wiring harness that has that built in
