What is a recommended header to get? 4-2-1 or 4-1? Who makes some of the best for the money? Also hi-flow catalitic converters... who makes the best for the money? And finally what cat-back system do you recomend? let me know. Thanks.

Alright, so I have one real response - c'mon... I know more of you have headers out there and I know you don't all think that AN-R is the best, so please let me know what you think.

i have never heard of AN-R before. seems like A/C is a lot to sacrifice for that top set. the bottom looks weird as hell with all the snaking around it does. what are the prices on those?

the reason not many people are responding, is because this question has been asked as many times as possible. do a search.

AN-R is a new company that jsut came out. They make the Erick's racing header and Bisi's Header(worlds' quickest SOHC all motor).

Those pictures go from 430-480 as of now...but will jump up in price when their GB is over.

they have dyno graphs proving they make much more power and loss no torque(on teh low end)compared to a portflow modified JDM ITR header
