1996 Regal Master Power Window Switch
Greetings all,
I am trying to locate a replacement Master Power Window Switch assembly for my '96 Regal. I have looked everywhere and can't find one. It seems like all I can find is '97 and newer. I believe that the window lock-out switch on the assembly is bad. All the windows work from the drivers side, but not from the individual doors. Anyone have any idea on where I can find either an oem one or an aftermarket? I will admit I have not tried a dealer because I am sure it will be very expensive. Even so, my search would have turned one up... no? The switch has the 4 buttons for the windows and the lock-out. Thanks for any help. |

Re: 1996 Regal Master Power Window Switch
Have you tried ebay?
I do not know what the panel looks like, here is a item number for ebay that has a switch panel for a 96 Lasabre, not sure if it work or not. 190390277087 go to ebaymotors.com and enter the number on the search and you should see it. Re: 1996 Regal Master Power Window Switch
Try searching at www.car-part.com; 1995-1996 Regal 4-door cars use the same switch. Some places may incorrectly list 1996s as 1997s because of the extended production period of the 1996 models.

Thanks to all that replied. I found the master switch assembly through car-parts.com
I found a source roughly 40 minutes from my house, for only $40. Works like a charm. Thanks again! |
