Unhappy confused with model range :( HEELP!

Hi there.
i live in australia and just got the news that im getting a car. its sweet, it rocks, and i saw a 92 lancer gsr for 8 grand in the tradingpost (australian dollars).

NOW!

I've been looking at all the different models, then decided to look up the trading post online and found all these 91 lancer gsr (1.6l).
So now im wondering wether the guy is selling a genuine 1.8l GSR or the old 91 1.6l GSR (is it even a gsr?)

If you posted an ad for a 92 GSR, would it be a 1.8 or 1.6L? when did they discontinue the 1.6l GSRs?
Hm, prices suck balls too. a 93 GSR goes for 15 grand and a 92 gsr (if its a 1.8 one, i dunno) goes for 8 grand...

thanks so much in advance
i really gotta figure out whats happening
