Main Crank Pulley Seal

Any tips, suggestions, pit falls in regards to changing the main crank pulley seal on a 97 Grand Caravan w/ 3.3l motor?
Dang thing has started leaking after only 80k miles.
I wasn't real happy to find that all the valve cover bolts (at least the one's I could get to) and the oil pan bolts were all loose.
