1/24 Porsche 934 RSR
Thanks a lot for your compliments!
Here is a bit of new progress on the 1/24th 934RSR. After small adaptions of the dashboard I felt like I need some time away from the trunk and the rest of the interior so I started the modification of the RSR turbo tail. Here's the dashboard with styrene filled main vents and removed vent from the drivers side. I simply used the "blank" leftovers of the previously cut part of the dashboard. ![]() And here's the tail in the middle of the modification. Both of the fins are already sanded to correct shape but I still have to wait for the glue to cure. It's still smelly when I sand towards the centre of the styrene sculpture. The next problem is because I'm not sure what to use for the vent "ribs" - styrene or metal... ![]() Thanks for watching!

Re: Porsche 934 RSR (no sponsor yet)
Here are some pics of the current state of the 934 RSR.
The wing is sanded down to shape but I still have to fit it onto the body and shape it some more. Gas cap on the body was filled with styrene and so were the holes of the directional lights. I don't know how I managed to cut the hood so faulty but the 0.5mm thick styrene is there to fix the mistake. This styrene is actually very handy. ![]() Is there a set of rims & tires to buy which can be placed on the 934 RSR without modifications of the rims? I have a set of rims of Tamiya's M635CSi but I don't have the appropriate tires and I would also have to make a lip on the rear rims. Is there an alternative? ![]() ![]()
