1) Visual Inspect - A bad mouse on L-bank coil!
2) Check fuse's for ECU, PCU, OBD II connector, and Ignition module. Fuses are designed to protect the ECU, PCU, and control modules from shorts. Both my TC, and Alldata expired, I can't help with the fuse locations. If tested ignition module is bad, they are a dime a dozen at any salvage yard. What is a 15year old part worth ? it was the fuse for the pcm. The fuse didnt blow but some how the top of the fuse had decingrated over time i guess and was not making good connection. swapped fused and fired right up
