Cool, never noticed the R32. Looks bo be like Tamiya's new trend of re-using with their older kits and adding Cartograf decals and possibly a p/e set (like what they are doing with their Porsche 962C's).

Nope, these are the 50th anniversary bikes (both yellow and the white versions). Do you really think Tamiya is going to break the law and include the Galoises decals?

It's all on Tamiya USA's website (www.tamiyausa.com). Look under coming soon.

Hi..

If you refer to Hobbysearch website, those 50th anniversary bikes item number are:

14115 - for 50th anniversary Valencia edition
14114 - for 50th anniversary US Inter color edition

please refer to this link:
http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/list/853/0/1

so.. what is this item # 14116 ?? i believe it is not the same as above

appreciate any update

That's what I thought. I could've sworn Tamiya had already released something like this. It does seem like the trend Tamiya is going with instead of making an entire lineup of new molds, "reissue, cartograf decal, and PE set".

I think this may be the most lame re-release from Tamiya that I have ever seen. It does seem to be the '05 bike with the Go!!!!!! livery, identical to the '04 bike. (I realize the two liveries are slightly different...) Jeez.

05 bike with GO!!!! ??? agreed with you: LAME

Really hope that Tamiya come-out with more recent (08-09) moto GP bike kit.. Those transkit (from Top studio etc..) way out of my budget

Re: Tamiya New Offerings

Apparently, the next all-new car model in 1/24 scale will be the Lexus LFA (Kit No. 316), which is no surprise given the rest of Tamiya's 1/24 car kits.

Re: Tamiya New Offerings

I think that's actually quite cool seeing as the car was only officially on sale last month (or something along those lines if you ignore when orders were first being taken).
Fingers crossed for the usual hopes.

This release is not the 2005 kit with GO!!!!!! or Gauloises livery, it's the reissued 2005 Valencia and Laguna M1's (or 50th Anniv) just with #46's on the decal sheet.

No, there is a third '05 M1 release, along side the two anniversary bikes w/46 decals. I thought the same thing initially, but if you look, there is a third release...
