Damn boy! I hate Neons... (too many riced to hell I guess. I had one pull up next to me the other day with a purple glitter paint job. yea and the driver was a guy. but off topic) but yours could

a) kick my ass
b) almost change my mind ('cept the paint job but paint doesn't give it juice so it's all good)

Riced to all hell Neons come a dime a dozen around here. They're everywhere. And always the same: The extra loud muffler and MAYBE a CAI but THATS IT. I had never seen an even CLOSE to decent one until yours (oh and this one that parked next to me yesterday but who knows how much he spent on the exterior and left the engine alone...)
I give you mad props for fitting all that shit under the hood first of all... and second for running 12s in the quarter in a Neon. You are one of the very few keeping the Neon a VALID street racer because basically around here if you own a neon and have so much as an aftermarket sticker on it you're complete rice, and any neon around these hillz has to prove themselves worthy in the worst way because no respect is given to a neon. They've lost almost all credibility and the reason I say 'almost' because of the few cars like yours.

Nice going.

Hey Cyprus thanks for the props man. I know exactly what you mean about the neons. Everybody has a neon here and i thought it was about time to get a neon with a little or big something under the hood. As for Jimmy
I have Greddy Profec Electronic boost controller with Profec steering wheel mount switch. It works really good i got that form HRC with the stage 4. I also have a HKS turbo timer

Yea i had to wait a long time for them to tell me that the stage 3 was going under redevelopment so he just upgraded to the stage 4 for free. Whick included new rods ans pistons, 20g turbo, the boost controller and switch, stage 4 turbo with front mount intercooler, all the charge pipes, BOV, manifold and all the basics that come with a turbo. Right now i got it set up to safely run 12psi. Thats basically what is has been since i have the turbo on. Have never gone higher than. Why scared of blowing my engine up. I have a lot of money into the 2.4 as it is and i cant be going and running more than 12psi. HEy thanks for th props man

i think he means that its a lot more cost-effective to go N/a on a muscle car than it is to go N/a on such a small displacement engine. obviously, a v8 gains way more power from bolts ons such as intake manifolds, headers, pulleys, throttle bodies, so on and so forth. but i agree with you self, muscle cars are absolute MONSTERS once you turbo or s/c them. my dad used to have a mustang that he turbocharged, and that thing had low end grunt and some seriously insane top end.
