Sand it kid! Depending on how bad it is I would;
*sand w/ 300 or 400 right over the crazy glue untill smoothe/level with the surrounding areas then, *sand w/ 600 the entire hood then, *re-paint This method will take longer but you'll have a brand new hood again. And for the future, keep ur CA glue (crazy glue) away from your work area. Low viscosity CA glue like the pink Zap, if dropped, will get everywhere, on ur bench/table, on ur models, etc. Try to have a 'work area' and a 'tool area', it works for me. |

Ummm... what about Uncure Debonder?
![]() It's available at most hobby shops, at least in Southern California. It softens CA glue to the point where most of it can be wiped off. (It also dissolves paint.) In the OP's situation, I'd use it to remove most of the glue, then let it dry and sand the rest off. That will reduce the amount of sanding and thus the amount of damage to the surrounding plastic.
