Stupid Superglue....

is that on top of paint or clear coat? If clear what kind? we need some details.

Testors Gloss Black 3 layers
No clear coat
Instant Krazy Glue Got on it

sanding is the only option I see here. I would start with some 600 grit paper. focus as intently as you can on the "glob" of clue, work it down, once it is flat, see if you can work the haze out of it. Whether you get the haze out of it or not, get the surface smooth, work up to 1500 or 2000 paper then re-spray. then clear, should be good to go

What kind of Testors? (Lacquer/enamel/acrylic)

I would consider skipping the sanding, and trying to remove the glue by stripping the paint. Then simply repaint from bare clean plastic.

Don't take this the wrong way! Just trying to help the OP what stripping method (chemical) do you recommend he use? I say this just wanting to give him an idea of what to use.

I've tried one time to remove superglue with white vinager. I'ts loooooong but it seems to work. If you can heat the vinager, it would be faster I think...

Castrol Super Clean (or now it's just Super Clean). It's the best stuff and the fumes won't kill you...Works very quickly.

to depend of the paint you use.. i never try my tips on paint but over my urethatne crystal clear it's work at 100%.. I use nail remover.. it's also VERY GOOD when you stick to finger with superglue. instead of peel of your skin dip them in the nail remover for a couple of minute. and try gently to separete your finger.. it will work fine.

so back to our problem... nail work's for me and doesn't attack my clear.
but in case it attack your paint... strip it completely with your prefer method.
