Question Removing calipers?

ok, so I would like to get down and dirty with fixin' up my car....and I would like to start with the exterior. I know, I know....start with the performance part first, but for now, it's got what I want. Intake, GReddy Exhaust, and 9.3 mm wires.
so anyway, this may be cheeseball or not, don't know....I'm kinda new to the scene....but I would like to paint the calipers on my car. I know the kind of paint I need to buy, but the process is foreign to me...no pun intended.

I was wondering if anyone would be nice enough to post the process for me? as a girl, I want to learn as much as I can and work on my car as much as I can w/o taking my car to a local shop. I've heard it's not difficult, just time consuming.

thanks!

peace,
blujae

P.S. might as well kill two birds w/one stone. If anyone can tell me how to remove the sideskirts/trim off my car so I can paint them, I would much appreciate it. again, thanks!
