You could try giving more info such as motor, tuning plans, build plans, etc. But judging by what your saying right now I would say anywhere between 200HP-5,000HP

Hi!

I stand corrected it has 7mge.
my plans it to oversize the piston, valves, install a newer or used intake manifold to clear up some space in the spark plugs area, gutted silencer ,add some twin turbos ?afer market or original parts, cams bulfrog, nitros plug and play piggy bank or hks as long as will still pass the smog?

I'm not sure about the laws, but you might want to check and see about the age of cars and what tests they have to pass. If your talking about gutting out the exhaust then you'll probably not pass a sniffer test. But if are past a certain age with the vehicle then you might not have to worry about it at all. Trying to give you an idea on the power your going to put out is still difficult. What kind of turbos are you planning to run? How big of a shot of nitrous? What size cams? Bore of the block? It's difficult. Think about what will work well for you and your driving and we can help even more.
