1986 corvette.problems!! help!!

Hey guys.I really need your help.I have a 1986 corvette and its having a some problems at the moment.Well lets start with the battery.The battery died on me like 3 weekends ago.I brought it up to discount autoparts and they charged over night for me.The battery wasnt completely dead it just needed a charge.Well earlier today the battery died on me again after i had just pumped gas into the car.Therefore i was stuck at the gas station till my brother came by and jump started me.I got home and turned the car off and then i tried starting it up again and it died once again.What might be causing the battery to die on me??
I bought a new alternator about a year ago,so i know its not the alternator.

The battery is not the only problem though,my car has been misfiring lately for about a month now.Everytime im at a red light my car will start to misfire.The rpm gage would be going crazy.What could be causing the car to misfire??

Try load testing the battery.

$5 says no misfire. Vacuum leak. For vac leak test, search my posts "vacuum leak".

Did you do the load test on the battery?
