1995 XE 4 cylinder pickup electrical problems

My friend has a 1995 XE Nissan Pickup 5-speed 4-cylinder. He recently had a dead battery and replaced it. Ever since he replaced the battery, the brake lights, turn signals, hazard lights, heater/air conditioner blower, dome lights, and power mirrors do not work. the only things electrical that work on the truck are the headlights and the radio. The truck does start up. There was a bunch of blown fuses that I replaced and so I also went ahead and replaced all the relays too. I am not having much luck. The truck does run, however. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Ground connections.
Check from the battery cable to the chassis. (near the battery)

I think the positive cable has more than one cable in it as well. One goes to the Starter and one of the smaller ones goes to the fuse box. make sure these are working well.
