Give me a little more detail about what you want done, and if it's not too difficult I can try to get it done.

BTW, would also like to give a big thank you also to prescription7 for posting the photos. Thanks.
It took me long enough to figure out what you want. Don't know if I am capable of doing that. I'm going to apologize for stringing this on, but believe that it's a little over my head. There may be some of these guys who could accomplish that, but I don't think that I am one of them. Once again, sorry for saying something and then backing out of it.

Hey, I found the original thread. The large photo is not there, but a small photo with all of the decals stripped off the car is still in the tread

http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...t=mpowered+gtr

It's the 14th post in the thread. The original photo was on Imagestation which no longer exists. I'll post it again, if I find someone to host the pics.

Hang on to your hats and let's see if this works.

Hopefully this will work and you'll see the original image posted my mini magic with the page crease running down the middle of the scan. It took quite some time to remove the crease and make the finished LeMans winner. I then got the bright idea to remove the adverts from the winning and turn it into a black GTR.

Enjoy

Re: New McLaren Automotive Site

Hope I'm not too far off topic. This should probably be somewhere in the scanned photos file and can be moved. This is the final post I am going to make to this thread with a scanned photo.

http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l1...aM3/BIGRED.jpg

This is a wallpaper made from the foldout that came with Driving Ambitions book. It was a very large file, but lost a lot of photos (including the original scans) in a hard drive crash a couple of years ago. I scanned 4 separate photos and pieced them together. There was a lot of air brushing and a lot of smoothing done on the car with an smudge routine done with an old photo editing program. Hope you'll enjoy it.

Re: New McLaren Automotive Site

Ok so what do we want photoshopped?

I take it you went that picture of XP1 LM converted in LM1??

Is that the one with graphics??

Let me know exactly what you want done (incl taking out the hole in front of the rear wheels etc, if we going to do it, we may aswell be as accurate as so no detail is too small) and ill get someone onto it for us.

Big Red 1

I had scanned red Mclaren in the photo that comes with Driving Ambition years ago and lost it in a hard drive crash. I took some time to re-do it and so here's the new completed png file along with the scans the I pieced together. I also included a wallpaper which I cobbled together.

Sorry that I am not able to post thumbnails of the photos into the post, but you'll just have to check them out.

Enjoy

Re: New McLaren Automotive Site

niice wallpapers!
any higher resolutions for those of us with slightly bigger (or wider ) screens? Anything that'll fit 1400x900 (or 1440x900 - I can never remember) would do nicely .
lol. thanks

Probably not much better

I tried uploading to different site, but don't know if this is much better. You can check it out and let me know. I am not interested in paying for web hosting for these pics.

Enjoy.
