So I don't know what your all talking about, but 800 is enough to satisfy you for the whole day, if you use them right
When I was a few years older than your age, I didn't eat anything past 6:00pm, I just drank and went bar hopping all night, 6 days a week, I never had a weight problem until I stopped going bar hopping and quit smoking which leads me to believe it is the metabolism thing. I work at a job that is somewhat labor intensive, so 800 calories might hold me for half a day, but then every person is different, hence why I advise to see a doctor for any diet plan that's going to change your routine.

Then during ski season I would be a V8 top fuel dragster running nitro-methane and doing a series of 250 standing quarters in a day...

I consume about 4 cans of Red Bull, 3 bottles of electrolyte replacement fluid, 4 Energy Powerbars, 3 Protein Bars and a couple of Leppin Squeezies to get through a full day on the hill. This starts @ 8.30am and finishes @ 4.30pm. And no I don't get a rest period during this time unless I'm riding a lift.

And at night I'll chow down to pasta, half a chicken, some vegetables and finish with dessert, vitamins and some creatine. And a couple of beers.
