brian, what brand paint/dye did you use? what did you find works the best?

I used VHT's dye and paint for my various interior parts... I used the dye on the door panels because it was a leather like material and it absorbed it nicely. I used the paint on any of the hard plastic pieces that will be taking a lot of rubbing and other abuse.

The dye alone won't soak into the plastic as it doesn't really have any pores to get inside of and will eventually peel off like a bad sun burn. =(

If you scuff the surface first you shouldn't have any problems with the paint peeling off. The paint will still come off if the panels get scratched.

Did you check Mitsubishiparts.com or a Mitsu dealer near you?
I have been using them to replace OEM interior parts for my Talon.
