Re: Aveo horn.. where is it ?

i have an 07 SVM and the horn is like two little buttons on either side of the steering wheel on the spoke-type things connecting the outer ring of the weel to the middle part . yeah its two little buttons with horns on them. but i have an 07 and ive never seen or driven anything else so... check your owners manual if u still cant find it

Re: Aveo horn.. where is it ?

on my 06 aveo the horn is a little black and bronze disk looking thing. its located on the passengers side underneath the front grill. it should be just to the left of the headlight and about 6-8 inches under the grill.

Re: Aveo horn.. where is it ?

Just remove the front grill and you will see the horn and the connections there. I plan to get some Caddy horns and hook them up...I cant stand this little piece of junk they put on the car.

Re: Aveo horn.. where is it ?

I replaced my gorn on my aveo 5 with an OOGAH sound horn. If you replace your original factory horn, make plastic spaced for around the mountig hardware and new horn base due to live power even if you are not pushing the steering wheel horn buttons. I found out.
