Pressurized Fuel System
Chevy g-20, 5.7L engine, conversion van.
I drove 7 hours from PA without a gascap on and the computer didn't give a service engine code. Does this mean that I don't have a pressurized fuel system, I have a fouled-up computer or I was lucky that something bad didn't happen?

1995 G20, 5.7l v-8, fuel injected, according to the VIN.
