Look at the fuel pressure regulator should be on the fuel rail. Check if the vacuum hose to the regulator has gas in it if this is the case replace it. You need the pump,regulator,and relay working properly to run decent.

I would try out of car injector service.
All injectors are put into ultra sonic bath,pressure tested,and checked for flow rate. Caution - When this service is done,make sure there's no extra injector seals in fuel rail. Do a GOOGLE on ''Out of car injector service'' MCGIVER |

I have a 95 TC That was giving me a little problem during warm-up.
I ended up isolating the whole EGR system from car. opcorn: The EGR system consist of EGR valve,feedback sensor,and a control selonode.It probably cost $600 of parts plus labor. I took a some gasket material and made my own EGR gasket to block INTAKE port. Note: I even pick up some more Horse pwr. MCGIVER |
