B16A Where in the hell from?

So I have been talking to this salvage yard telling me to get the engine from a 91 civic si. Well I want a b16a series 1! So what actual car does this engine come out of? Are all these engines from Japan? Is that the only way to get them? Or can you call a salvage yard and tell them the make and model that the b16a comes in? Im confused plz help!!!

You are not gonna find those engines at a salvage yard. You have to go to the performance shop to grab those. THey are from a crx sir in japan and it also comes off from an integra xsi.

you can find it if the salvage yard imports front clips from over seas. The engine came from the crx SiR, Integra XSI and the Civic SiRs from that year.

Ok i'm pretty sure you're not gonna find it at a local junkyard.
