Sorry it took so long, but the race was postponed(results inside)

Do you remember the thread "We are racing on Friday"? If not, me and some guys blocked off a road in the boondocks, and raced. I asked what the predicted outcome was, most said B16A 89 Accord LXi hatchback, Probe GT, and Z34 Lumina 5 speed. I had my 2 cars in the races a 89 CRX DX, and a 95 Neon. We competed in rounds of 1 on 1 racing. We let the 3 most voted on cars all go together, more on that later......

95 Dodge Neon VS 01 Ply Neon------ Dodge win
98 Saturn SC2 VS 97 Chevy Cavalier--- SC2 win----------Dodge Win

89 Honda CRX DX VS 87 Honda Prelude Si-------CRX win
92 Civic DX VS 99 Civic EX------------------------Civic EX win--- Civic win

95 Neon VS 99 Civic---- Neon win

Neon VS Ford Probe GT----------Probe win
*****The Probe outclassed a SOHC Neon, Neon kept up in mid-range, however.

89 Honda Accord VTEC hatch VS Lumina Z34 VS Ford Probe GT

Accord took off, Lumina had wheelspin, and Probe got best launch.
The Accord was pulling on the Z34 slightly and the Probe was giving its lead up quickly. By 40 something MPH(looked like) the Lumina and Accord were gone from the Probe, not by much though. Jeff( Probe) gave up a little bit after he was passed. The Accord pulled on the Lumina a little more, then that damn 50 HP made it presence known.
the Lumina started to pull hard on the Accord. They went way past our blockade, and the Lumina ended up winning.
***** If they only raced the set distance, the Accord would have won by less than a car length or so.

JC( Accord w/ B16A) says" Brandon knew I had a fuckin limiter, man. Thats why his punk-ass wanted to keep going" I also believe that claim.
Brandon got boasting rights for the night, I got........nothing.

Cool. I knew that accord would come through, but I figured the Lumina would be right on his heels... So who actually declared winner on that race? Seems to me like the B16 Accord won?

Well at the true stopping point, the Accord had it, but barely. So the official(who we all agreed on) win was the Accord, but the unoffical win was the Lumina.
