Question RH Evolution C5 on '89 Accord SE-i????

Yo, in a 2 months I will have my liscence and I have an 89 Accord SE-i waiting for me. For those that dont know, sei just means leather seats, sunroof, upgraded bose stereo, and mag wheels (the lug covers were stolen off mine), and it only came in 3 colours ... Mine is black.

I was just wondering if anyone knows if some 17" RH C5's will fit on this car??? I really like these wheels and want them badly..

.... Also... I may want to lower the car, it has Tokiko shocks which are new, Is there anyway of lowering it without gettin new shocks???
