Re: which projectors look better?

I only know the brand of HID's that I got...and right now Im not even sure I remember what brand they were...never been able to find anything about them when I looked (thats ebay for ya). As for any other product questions you might have...Google and Ebay are great ways to find all the answers you need.

Re: which projectors look better?

Any set of projector housings for our car will work. But if you get the "Dual Halo's" off E-Bay (I have these) You will either have to unglue/disassemble the housing to straighten the cutoff plate or just leave it. Your beam on a wall will look like this though. _/ _/

As for the legality.
HID's are illegal in any car that dosnt have them as factory option. IE: Illegal on our cars. But the likelihood of you getting pulled for your lights, or even getting a ticket for them is unlikely. Just stick with a range between 10000K and 5400K. The 5400 will give you the most visual light output while the higher you go up the #'s the bluer the light gets.

Just remember to get a quality one. I've heard horror stories about E-Bay ones. (the hella cheep ones)

Re: which projectors look better?

Does this guy ever stop asking questions....if the lights are purple...they prolly look purple on the street. Also, like Drifter said, the 6000K range will give you the highest light output (lumens). Mine are 12000K so they are pretty blue, but they still light up the road 100 times better than stock.
