Re: Another Hypocrite Scumbag Elected to Office

Pretty desperate when you have to hunt down a 'hate site' and cut/paste every alleged transgression made on one side of the house since the 1960's!

I'm sure if this were a thread about democrats vs. Republicans it would be very easy to copy your brainless tactic and go grab some ready made list of every cockup made by a serving Republican, but that's not what this thread is about.

the main players in this thread have made it very clear that this is a current affairs thread, focussed not on the party politics of the senator in question, but on his actions flying in the face of his own position on homosexual acts.
The amateur Democrat - bashers here love to dredge up Clinton and the Lewinsky 'scandal' whenever morals are discussed, but at least Bill wasn't campaigning against oral sex at the time.

The epitome of a hypocrite. I'll bet you never voted in your life. All you do is bitch, complain and get all emo but what have YOU done to help make this country better? On top of that I bet zero military service or relevant community service?
When did military service ever become a way to help your country to the better objectively? For what good I ask.

Also, hypocricy is only a bad thing due to pride, irrationalistic views on the matter and the nature of the word. Irrationalism and right vs wrong has nothing to do in political debate that's not openly biased.

Taranaki you know sometimes you are just so full of it it is coming out your ears. This is clearly a political matter last time I checked and not just a mere current event.

Further, from what I see the so called main players to include you have made it a political issue within the thread or shall we call it low down mud slinging tactics. Business as usual. And honestly who really cares about this Craig other than the Republican Party and Bush haters/bashers. So he was looking for someone to suck his you know what. Big deal. But he got caught and rightfully deserved to be chastized. His main problem is he was dumb enough to believe it would be swept under the carpet and made an admission of guilt. Shame on the voters in Idaho that elected him to office. The Republican Party has enough numb nuts and can do without him. Hypocrisy runs rampant in both parties. At least I was being fair about it in my comments and not one sided or taking cheap shots.

On the list you can thank RSX-S777 for bringing it up. Is he brainless? All I did was click on his link.

Amateur Democrat bashers? That is a laugh. How about amatuer Republican bashers? Maybe it is time to recall your old buddy Flatrater if you do not feel challenged enough.

BTW - The Politics, Current Events forum was a nice place the last couple of years until you decided to come out of hybernation. From what I can see you chased off many of the players.

Well thank you for that informative and insightful contribution to the subject at hand.Kinda shows roughly where your debating skills lie.

What has Bush got to do with it?
Man, your whining 'bout Bush all the time is getting old

Apparently, you come from a different planet. Your lengthy cut paste on the woes of the Democrats shows that not only are you one sided, you're not even smart enough to put your opinions into your own dam words!

And as for cheap shots........

I'm back. My opinions are different to yours. Deal with it,crybaby.Yes I left for a while because the forum got kinda one-sided and lame. full of sad sacks. Guess that's why you liked it.... nothing too challenging for your intellect.

Quite off topic, though,it was nice of you to quote my sig. I think it's frickin' hilarious that those who were so strident in their support for a worthless President have either melted away or have taken to lying about their allegiiances. If every windbag who now claims that they voted for the libertarians or 'the best candidate' or the Democrats actually had, Bush would never have got an undeserved second term. It must be horrendously embarrassing for those who voted for him, and probably explains why none of them bother with their empty rhetoric any more.

Feel free to list the 'players' that I 'ran off'. Better yet, don't bother. If you don't like the fact that you are hopelessly in the minority in your opinions, do what I did a while back....just STOP POSTING until public opinion comes back behind your version of the truth. If you can wait for hell to freeze over, that is.

You're welcome. Anyways, what is there to debate on this particular issue and thread about Craig? My debating skills are just fine. As I mentioned in the past getting into a real debate with you is an exercise in futility. In the end it will wind up turning into a childish name calling contest. I am not going to stoop to your level.

Look in the mirror and the feelings are mutual.

I don't need to. The list outlining the woes of the Democratic Party speaks for itself. Good read too! Why re-invent the wheel? Contrary to your belief smart enough. I've got a college degree from a well known university, job, assetts, and a decent bank account. How about you?

Yeah radically different. At least I know when to keep my mouth shut. Besides, I have better things to do like moderate my assigned forums, kill spammers and participate in contributory advice and issues related to what AF is really about....Automobiles. And not cater to your trolling and wasted life at the O/T forums.

Only rhetoric I see is from you. Just giving you the attention you think you deserve.

That is the chicken's way out. I'll just stay put and weather the storm. Contrary to your belief minorities in this country are given equal treatment.

Speaking of hell wouldn't that be a trip if your buddy Bush was deemed a "visionary" by history. I'll wait for the final chapters to be written before passing judgment. Don't want to look like a fool later on.

Re: Another Hypocrite Scumbag Elected to Office

................

yeesh, this went from politician bashing to party bashing, then to individual AFer bashing. Wow I miss this, glad to have you back Naki.

Ok ok, to end all this BS debating. Does it matter which party has had more media leaks, we don't know whatg happens behind closed doors and all that jazz. for all we know, Bush is a genius and Osama is captured or that he's still out there and Bush is as dumb as a rock. Same with Clinton, which, he got away with cheating for awhile so he has smarts but never-the-less

let's all bash craig for being an idiot and then trying to turn over his plea. Who does that? "I plead guilty! Wait...maybe not. I didn't mean it!" But whatever...

It's good to be knowledgable enough to bash either side because neither is great and a lesser of two evils is still evil. In the end, we are stuck with who we vote and this section of the forum should be mixed with stress relief because it's just venting about someone that's already elected and there's very very very little anyone can do about.

While I may decide based on what I hear as it comes, I still will be one of what I believe to be many trying or claiming the assination of Hillary if she gets elected.

Idk...felt like throwing in somehthing odd and random.

Sorry, 'naki, we did what we could.

Those of us who didn't find the Reps acceptable apparently found the Dems even less so. No "claims" involved, some of us really did vote for libertarian candidates. There just aren't enough of us.

............... In our study, "The Libertarian Vote," we analyzed 16 years of polling data and found that libertarians constituted 13 percent of the electorate in 2004. Because libertarians are better educated and more likely to vote, they were 15 percent of actual voters...........

...................... Based on the turnout in 2004, Bush's margin over Kerry dropped by 4.8 million votes among libertarians. Had he held his libertarian supporters, he would have won a smashing reelection rather than squeaking by in Ohio.

President Bush and the congressional Republicans left no libertarian button unpushed in the past six years: soaring spending, expansion of entitlements, federalization of education, cracking down on state medical marijuana initiatives, Sarbanes-Oxley, gay marriage bans, stem cell research restrictions, wiretapping, incarcerating U.S. citizens without a lawyer, unprecedented executive powers, and of course an unnecessary and apparently futile war. The striking thing may be that after all that, Democrats still looked worse to a majority of libertarians...................

No need to apologize to anyone on this forum 03cavPA and that includes anyone that voted for Bush. Like everyone has a crystal ball? Hindsight is 20/20. But you raise an excellent point as to the why. Also, it appears the 2006 mid-term elections did little good for this country either. Still split right down the middle. Congress' approval ratings (24%) since the Demos took the majority in the House and Senate is at an all time low. Lower than Bush's ratings and that is pretty low.

http://www.galluppoll.com/content/?ci=27937

And don't hold your breath if you think Bush will be impeached let alone tried for any alleged war crimes <--good laugh.

Quote:
2007 polls have shown public support ranging between 39% and 45% in favor of impeaching President Bush, and between 46% and 55% opposed. The House of Representatives Judiciary Committee has not considered the impeachment of President Bush and the House of Representatives has taken no action to do so. The Democratic Party leadership has indicated that they have no intention of resolving to impeach President Bush.

Nah, it's all good. It was more a tongue in cheek comment, I just neglected the smiley. I think I'll go back and fix it.
