Changing oil on a slight slant

Problem: Nowhere else to work on my truck (change oil, etc) but my condo's tiny parking spot. It's on a slight slant two ways, both front to back and side to side.

Question: Given these sets of options, am I better off draining the oil with the nose up or the ass up? I can adjust the side-to-side slant with the jack, and if it absolutely positively has to be completely flat throughout, then I'll go and spring for some jackstands.

Which way lets me drain out the most oil?

The best way to drain the oil is with the front end "up". Since the drain hole is at the back of the engine it will help to get the majority of the oil out.
