I love the "bastard brother" idea, hehe. These cars are such charicatures...they almost have "faces."

Re: Dreams coming true...

Dreaming on....

Found a better interior pic, so you can see the carpet (no flocking!).

Meanwhile the little roadsters' chrome trim came back from the BMF chrome shop...

...but unfortunately the rear bumber was lost in the process (nobody noticed that it was a fiberglass replacement part
before dumping it in the acid ).
Now li'l MGB has to soldier on w/o a rear bumper.

Until next time. Sleep well and keep on dreamin'

PS: rear bumber mounts might not be 100% accurate, but I had no ref. pics

That thing is awesome Sebastian! Looks like you have spent a great deal of time on that interior. I love this build.

That thing looks cool! The stance with those wheels make for a mean roadster.

Re: Dreams coming true...

COOL! Love the oversize wire wheels/tires, lowered suspension.
Best B interior I've ever seen in scale! roll hoops and belts are awesome. Just fantastic. How will it steer with that ride height

the story continues...the little B is confronted with a Datsun 2000 roadster of the same vintage, it tries to keep up but it's little 1800 pushrod engine just can't keep...just kidding

Re: Dreams coming true...

Gorgeous! My dad has a Midget just the same blue (without the metalflake, of course). I love the interior! It's just so... perfect! Great work all around, and the bumper supports are pretty close so you should be golden! Keep it up!
