'59 Cadillac Eldorado Seville

I want to share some pictures on my present project. I purchased this kit a while ago and I decided finally to take it out. I painted the body Pearl light red from Tamiya and the interior will be white. I just completed my polish...I will post some pictures on my progress. By the way this kit is from Monogram.

Really nice paint job, looks great so far. It seems very big, maybe is just the picture... how long is it?

Très belle voiture My friend !

It is different than what we are used to, from you, the ferrari's, the corvette's, etc..

But it looks great so far. Will you be doing all the bare metal chrome moldings ?

Re: '59 Cadillac Eldorado Seville

the nice thing about that kit, almost ALL of the chrome on the body and interior is a plated piece!!! that is a fantastic model, I have the convertible variant, and love it, I'm just lazy and never build anything.

and yes, light red=pink. but what other color COULD you paint a '59 Caddy?, maybe black, or white with bull horns on the hood.

Nah, it's gotta be pink. A pink Cadillac with plush leather seats, no matter if you're riding in the back or cruising down the streets, waving to the girls or peeling out of sight, or just spending all your money on a Saturday night.
