I had the yokohama avid v4's on the grand am, hated them the whole time I had them. Horrible wet traction, got caught in a spring snow with them and they were horrible as well, and they are supposed to be a 4 season tire.

As far as wet traction goes I can say for a fact that the Eagle F1 Gs-d3's are by far the best. Usually you can't tell the difference in traction when its wet out with them, but their only downside is the cost/wear ratio. They may be cheaper now than when i bought mine though... I'm just looking around before I go sticking $800 into tires again

the yoko's I recommended are the same way in regards to wet traction, but seem to be wearing very well.
