you have got to watch the porsche gt3s on track; the sound they make is amazing and will change your life forever (as well as making you want a 911)

I'm definitely going as much for the support races as for the F1 event.

indy really sucked when i went. Not just the race but theres nothing to do in indianapolis.

Are all those races going to be held on the 17th? In the past, the formula BMW (i think it was a mazda series last year) and Indy Pro cars raced the day before. Only the Porsche races were the same day as the F1 event. Either way, it will still be awesome!
I just really really hope that Scott Speed stays on the track until the end of the race. He hasn't made too many racelaps yet this year.

That was my first race too. I had a blast though. Were you there for all the events or just the race? I love the few days leading up to the main event? Fortunately, we go with about fifteen people and have three campsites at the KOA just east of Indy so our nights are pretty entertaining. We have an awesome time though. Flip through some of the old posts in this section. I started one; I think it was entitled "What to do in Indy" Someone left some good tips there if I remember right.
