$50 bucks for a wiper motor from of car-parts.com and one hour of time to replace the motor. Its an easy job. Use a DIY book such as Chiltons or Haynes manual to guide you through the repair process.

Re: Windshield Wipers won't turn off.
I finally got my wipers fixed. I needed a wiper motor complete which was $80 and a mechanic did it on the side for $30, totaling $110. He said the delay was shot or something. Thanks all for the help.
