Honda NSX *Updated 11/2*

I started this as im not going to be using it for the IM Group Build up. So here is what i have done in about 2 weeks or so. The pictures don't do justice and make the work look very bad. It looks a lot nicer in real. Nothing special on this build, Some weathering done to the bottom and tried to replicate oil staining etc on exhausts. This can be done with Tamiya Weathering Master but i did this myself with gold and clear blue paints.

I'm thinking about doing it street/race style with it being Metallic Red, black rims etc...just an idea as im not so keen with the green black and orange in the Castrol Livery...

Thanks for looking.

Re: Honda NSX Street.

I have done some progress today and yesterday on the NSX. Micro i no the pictures are dark but these were taken at night. I have added a few decals for the street look, im going to go with the Tamiya Z-Tune rims and leave these for my Top Secret conversion. I will keep them black. This is fairly mocked up....hope you like.

Thanks..

Re: Honda NSX Street.

Beautiful colour choice for this car, the silver wheels compliment it quite nicely!

Re: Honda NSX Street.

You should lose the decals on the front fenders.

Re: Honda NSX Street.

Im not a fan of the decals on the fender either.

The color is an outstanding choice. Looks amazing on the NSX.

Re: Honda NSX Street.

Thankyou for the comments. I might scrap the Potenza decal, i don't like it as much now either. Do you think that the rims would look better in black? I have painted the defuser and i will get some pictures soon. Thanks for looking!

Re: Honda NSX Street.

I would lose all decals, leave the rims alone, and C/F decal the black area where the headlights are.

Re: Honda NSX Street.

Put a real interior in it from a non-race NSX.

Re: Honda NSX Street.

Wow I've fallen in love with that colour! Nice work...but as some people have said, not too big a fan of the decals on the front fenders and a non-race spec interior would've been my choice. Exactly which NSX kit is this? Inspiring me to do a race -> street model now

Re: Honda NSX Street.

Thanks for the comments! I might have to redo the interior for street! its the Castrol Mugen NSX from Tamiya! I have removed the decals anyways!
