Disabled the autotuning feature via the command prompt, can't remember exactly how I did it, something within the 'netsh interface' and using the 'set TCP autotuning=disabled' parameter, it did the trick, all is running smoothly now, I'm going through and undoing the multiple changes I made earlier as I speak
