Bah, who cares about them man, everything comes in due time. If these people are still in high school driving suped up cars (asusming the rich ones are), they'll wreck em before you know it. They have no grasp of what it is to value the work you put into your pride and joy. To all the others who talk shit about cars, alot of them won't even follow through when they actually start working on em.

But by all means, its perfectly fine to dream and scheme, just make sure you got everything set before you put words into action. And neverrrrrrrrrr think you can pull off stuff that you're not very sure that you know what you're doing (i.e. KA-T, SR swap).

Honestly, I think if you're doing it to shut other people up, you're into this hobby for the wrong reason. First and foremost, you should do it just for the love of it, shutting people up will come naturally once you get the ball rolling. But without this thread having to be moved into the relationships forum, why are all these people supposedly hating on you? I know high school kids are dicks and pretend to be mechanics and super dorifto drivers, but it never hurts to just point, laugh, and walk away.

I really do love this hobby, shutting people up just recently became a bonus. But yeah, I guess your right. They don't really understand and either way they probably can't drive for shit. Without having this thread moved to the relationship forum, their just a bunch of dicks that hate evryone outside their social group. Unfortunatly, I live in the relatively wealthy area of this city, so that social group is quite large.

By the way, are those wheels on your ec;ipse just the stock rims painted black? Usually that just ends up looking like shit but in this case it looks quite good.

Lol I see. Well just remember, the people who are popular for the wrong reasons usually turn out to be losers when they grow up. Shit talkers are nothing but that, and high school is child's play compared to the rest of your life. Ef what everyone else says and just wait for the day you get your car and get things moving. I think the best thing you can do now is find other car people (who are genuine), work your way into your niche, and automotively speaking, your life will be ALOT easier.
