If you look closely at the rear wing of the Interface car you'll see Tamiya sponsors the team....

This one has been done as a 1/10th RC car by Tamiya. So that might mean they make it, right?

General concensus around here is that Tamiya's R/C line and static scale model line are fairly well independent, and it's futile to judge one by the other.
