Re: New SRT-4 Owner

To me it is all personal opnion. I personally dont like oil in my intake. I didnt even notice the $20 was there and if you do it right no one will unless they look for it.
No they arent hard to install if you know what a pcv system is. I think there are some write up on srtforums.
MY is that a cc is worth the money. Take it or leave it, bottom line its your car and you will end up doing what you want.

x2, and plus, it doesn't even really cost $20. It's closer to $14-15 . If you have an srt4, it's a must. Our stock, pcv system is almost like an oil line it dumps so much oil. You can get all your parts from walmart and Orileys for relatively cheap.

Re: New SRT-4 Owner

The mopar is kind of a bitch to install. Took me 2 hours to do it on my buddies srt. It takes about 30 seconds to take out 2 of the 3 bolts and an hour to do the 3rd lol.

Re: New SRT-4 Owner

go mopar. if installed correctly, you will have no leakage problems, no tunning issues, and no driveability issues. if you do want to go hks, you will need to buy a bov, a new uppipe (mind you, none of them fit well), and a block off plate for your factory turbo. needless to say, your spending a lot of money (upwards of $300) for no gain whatsoever. i find it more financially responsiable to get the $60 mopar one

Re: New SRT-4 Owner

yes, unbolt the stock one and bolt on the new one. making sure that you use some sort of sealant on the flange. tighten it down and your all set

I wouldn't even waist your time on those, the mopar riceplate took me about 30 mins. to install the whole thing. Having small hands/arms helps...
