New SRT-4 Owner
hey everyone, no anoying "WHATS MY FIRST MOD!!??" questions...just sayin hi and lettin everyone know im here...im thinkin about gettin new plugs and wires first....any brand recommended? 2005 SRT-4 BTW

Hey, welcome to the SRT-4 section.
I would recommend stock coil, msd wires, and ngk iridium plugs gapped at .035 or below.

thanx...also 1 more quick question...i hear alot of good things about this "Oil Catch Can" i should get to catch oil so it doesnt seep into my Intercooler...is it easy to install and where should i get one? i know u can get one as cheap as 10 bucks at a hardware store but if i do get 1 i'd buy 1 off a website specifically made for my car...any recommendations from a long time owner??

A catch can IMO is worth it but so are wires and plugs so do what you can afford. I'd start out with a catch can and go from there personally

but the catchcan only violates emissions controls. it doesnt add any performance whatsoever. its the same way as saying you putting a new set of tires on the car or those darn fisheye mirrors as a mod.
from someone who is big in the srt4 community, i say leave the catchcan out and replace the wires and plugs first.

well how hard is it to install it? steps? how to? where did he get a catch can for 20 bucks? the ones i see are 89.99+ and that dosnt include the brackets...

and i have 86,000+ miles with no issues, and im probably makign more boost than your friend also. the $20 ones look very cheesy, and clutter up the engine bay. the expensive ones will set you back $100...for what??? spend the $100 on an s1...more gains
