Ive heard that if you spray a crap load of hair spray onto ink stains, and wash, and repeat several times that it works. Might work for blood too.
At least it works on those little ink squirter anti-theft things in stores...

Heh...yeah, I should have clarified. Some department stores sell clothes that either people tried to lift or the secuity device went off on accident. My brother got some really nice clothes for dirt cheap (cheap enough that if the hair spray thing didnt work, then he wouldn't be out much).
This was a while back and I do seem to remember that it left a very slight spot, but if you didn't know it was there you'd never notice it.

peroxide for blood: I prefer to dip a Q-tip in peroxide and then gently rub the blood stain. If that doesn't work pour a little directly on the stain. Once its all wet and looks like the blood is coming out then wash it again. Don't dry it till you get as much of the stain out as possible though.
Hair spray for ink: Spray on and scrub it out gently, reapply if you need to.
