As we say in UK - slowly, slowly, catchee monkey !
I do apologise, but the pictures were readily available from the auction, so ive not exactly done anything wrong here, people ask for the images, i copied and pasted? im not here to start up any arguments of any sort.

Anyone could easily have done this, and selling something of the sort you would at least expect the seller to have blocked out the address and addressee on the letters rather than put "supersize" images with the most explicit details into a worldwide open to any member of public auction.

For what im trying to say, here is the link to the auction:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...4789%26fvi%3D1

The info I posted was already made public by the rightful owner of the details, so I havent done anything wrong.

I take your point Payso, and I think there's a danger of "doing it to death" to discuss it further; as you rightly state, the details are in the public domain and hence freely available to do with as you wish; suffice to say the addressee NEVER had the backing to order the car and on reviewing the form I must correct my previous posting that stated that McLaren had filled in the form in blue ballpoint pen, where it's fairly obvious (when perusing the actual item)that the "signature witnessed by" sections (on the lines beneath the signature) are blank !
I think hosting the document in its entirety will clarify all those burning questions that you guys all have, so that's my next step (subject to acceptable natural lighting conditions for photography); any suggestions on preferred resolution for the photos ?

Re: Mclaren F1 - Customer Order Form

Any resolution where the writing is legible. 4 megapixels should do it. And until you get that done, could you please tell us what it says on the line where some of us seem to think 17,000,000 GBP is being mentioned?

Thanks.

It states: "Customer Reference Number* AT LEAST 17000000 (Handwritten)
*To be completed if customer has already completed a registration form and paid an initial deposit.
Hope this helps in lieu of the photos which I'll host tomorrow night ?
