Yeah, either that or it's chaos for days, depending on the storm. Incidentally, are there years with smaller and/or larger tanks?

yea it diddnt seem as bad as the news was saying, it would sometimes get reall gusty and rainy (about 45 mph winds) but overall it wasnt bad, i wish every storm could be like this

Sounds like a typical monsoon season thunderstorm we get in West Texas. In my childhood, I used to live in Miami at Homestead AFB. The Cuban missile crisis. I used to watch them fly out the B-52 bombers to safety before the hurricane hit. So I've been through a few hurricanes and know what it is like. But we never had any gas problems back in those days. At least you're safe and can get premium fuel again.

The gas tank sizes do vary. For example the owner's manual for the 2000 GP models states 17 gallons.
